Dog Tag Design

I'm looking for a design in the shape of a dog tag, the rectangular type worn by soldiers. I'm not real particular about the design, just nothing really girly because these are going to be given to boys. I would like for them to say Disney Cruise and maybe have a pirate on them or maybe a picture of the Dream, unless anyone has a better idea. Thank you to anyone who can help.
