Dog days of summer 2014?

Anyone know if WDW is celebrating the Dog Days of Summer this year? My grandchildren will be there last week of August. My grandson is obsessed with Bolt, and I understand he has limited appearances. If not DDOS this year can Bolt be found anywhere else?
