Dog boarding at Disneyworld

Hello All, I'm not sure which board would be appropriate for this question and so moderator, please move it if this is not the correct forum...I figured my dog is part of my family member so Disney for Families sounds close enough Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has tried to board their pets to the kennels at Disneyworld ? What do you think about the service ? Are you and your pets happy with the stay ? Thanks for your input !

i'll take a shot, but dont know how helpful this will be.....within the past year (i believe) the kennels at WDW were taken over by Best Friends Pet Care.....while i have not boarded my pooch at the Best Friends kennel in WDW, i can say that Best Friends is the only kennel we will take our dog when we travel. The facility we go to in NJ is superb and everyone knows him by name - they even send us digital pics via email so we can see him throughout his stay. if i were to bring my pooch to WDW, i would have no reservation about him staying under the care of Best Friends in WDW
