Dog accidently put to sleep

Very tragic for Target. Very tragic for everyone involved.

I do find it strange that a military dog was not microchipped. All of the police & military dogs we have worked with were microchipped & most were also tattooed.

We don't know the full story as to why the dog was euthanized, but this story may also be highlighting shelter overcrowding.
