Doesn't eat meat and needs a place to eat.....

My sister and her boyfriend will be vacationing with us this year and I wanted to treat them to a romantic dinner for two. The only twist is that her boyfriend is a vegetarian. Could anyone recommend a nice restaurant for a romantic, vegetarian meal?

I'm bumoping this up for you. I remember seeing vegetarian selections on some menus but don't remeber which resturants.

I would pick up a book called Vegetarian Walt Disney World and Orlando by Susan Shumaker and Than Saffel. It lists the vegetarian selections for many Disney, Universal, and Orlando restaurants.
