Am I correct in recalling that you get to make reservations for the WOC dessert party at 60 days out? We will be on a cruise and possibly out of easy Internet connection two months before our visit to DLR. Just wondering if I should have a family friend book it for us instead.

It depends on the night you have in mind and the size of your group. Is it a holiday? During a high crowd time frame? Or during a special event, like a race weekend? Will you have a large group or very special needs? I don't think the Dessert Party sells out in a day, but for high crowd times, e.g. the week between Christmas and New Year's, it is wise to book earlier than later. And for large groups or special needs, earlier is easier. On the other hand, we were able to book the Dessert Party one day before for the last weekend of the holiday show (very crowded!). And my food needs were addressed without problem. So it isn't impossible to get spots last minute.

It's not peak time and it's just our own family of four (DH above), so perhaps it will be OK then.

Thanks for responding so quickly... Night owls unite! ;)

I'm betting you'll be fine for a group of four and since it requires payment at the time of booking it'll probably be easier to do it yourself. Enjoy your cruise!!!

I think you'll be fine. It's not a new offering, and it requires payment in full. We were able to change our night around several times in November before it finally filled up.

We were there for race weekend last weekend and 8 of us booked about a week in advance for a Friday night. I dont think there were any empty seats for the one show that night so it did end up selling out. Loved it and would definitely do again.

Reservations opne 60 days out...assuming the entertainment schedule is released for 60 days out which recently it has not been...been closer to 30-45 days.

I just booked 3 of us for Saturday, 2/5. There was availability for 7 of us at the time I booked, but my brother's family decided to opt out. I think you'll be fine.
