Does Windows 7 have software to record your webcam?

I usually use a mac, and I use photobooth ( came with the mac ) to record my webcam for video logs. Is there something like that in Windows 7?

For legal reasons most of that software was removed from a default Windows 7 installation. Except DVD making software for some reason. The default video program has been moved to a free download, and even then they removed the ability to capture video from your webcam in Vista.

There are plenty of free options to do this, but none come out of the box with 7. The software for your webcam should include this functionality though.
