Does waitlist show on website?

I have ressies for OKW but hospitality was booked so I waitlisted it.MS told me if it came through I would see it on the website and get a new conf letter,but it doesn't show that I waitlisted for HH.Is that normal or should I call MS ?

My Concierge Waitlist for 9 months didn't show until it was filled Mar 23rd. I am still waiting for my new confirmation. So I would say no, your waitlist will not show on your site.

Wait-lists do not show on the Member website. If it is filled, you will see the new reservation. It's a good idea to call and confirm that the wait-list is still active. We had ours canceled by mistake and we never knew it until we called.
