Does Universal have anything similar to Disney's guest assistance card?

ALL of the lines for ALL of the attractions are 100% ADA regulated. You can take a wheelchair thru all of our lines. If there are stairs as part of a queue (Gringotts for example), there is an elevator.

Thank you so much for your reply...this was the answer that I was hoping for...it is so much easier when the wheelchair can go through the regular line without having to do return times for rides. We are staying onsite so will have the express pass but wanted to know how it worked for the rides that do not utilize the express pass.
