Does Tusker House have omelets?

Or any other stand out breakfast items?

We have an 8:10 reservation for breakfast (on a day the park opens at 9:00, but we won't be rushing through our meal or anything). My husbands loves restaurants with an omelet station. Does TH have one?

Any other really good / special breakfast items?

The crew is husband and I (early 30s), DD1 (age 3.5), and DD2 (age 0.5).

I don't believe so. But the breakfast there is one of my favorites! Lots of variety.

Also they do a dance with the kiddos which would be really cute for your 3yo!

It is probably our favorite breakfast. Their buffet is not huge but set up more in little stations so there is never a long line. They serve POG/Jungle juice. DH loves the orange bread.

No omelette station, but they did have a couple of egg/meat/cheese type breakfast casseroles that were good. I like the smoked/carved ham, it is probably my favorite breakfast meat. Lots of variety, so I have always been happy with the options.
