Does Trivago pay extra?

For several weeks now I've had problems with pages for many forums and threads opening at the very bottom, so the Trivago ad is all I see. I have to scroll all the way to the top, if it's a new page, or try to find my place, if I've read part of that page already. I'm surprised that only a few people have complained about this, but I'm not the only one having the problem. So I was thinking that maybe Trivago pays extra for the privilege of dragging folks down to see its ad?

I'm not having that issue. Don't know that if they pay extra or not. Or if it's just a "computer/website" issue.

I'm having the same issue on my Kindle. If there is a Trivago ad at the bottom of the page, it opens there, with the cursor in the Search window, and my keyboard opens. I have to close the keyboard then scroll to the top of the page. It's only if the Trivago ad is there, otherwise it opens normally.

It's driving me crazy!! :furious:

Me too - and I think it happened to me once today on my computer! I've deleted cookies and history, etc., but it's still happening on my iPhone. So I think Trivago may have built something into its code for the ad - although since there's not a huge number of people complaining, so far as I know, I could be wrong. But I sure wish it were fixed!
