Staying at the Boardwalk for the first time in a few years next month. Can you still mobile order to-go breakfast from Trattoria Al Forno? Thanks!
It just stinks that Boardwalk doesn’t really have any place to get hot breakfast to go (other than limited breakfast sandwiches at Boardwalk Deli).
Honestly just looking for a place where I can bring Mickey Waffles back for my kids as we like to eat breakfast in the room. Boardwalk seems to be the only deluxe hotel that lacks a quick serve option that serves either waffles or pancakes. Are you defining hot breakfast as eggs and bacon etc?
I think we tried doing mobile ordering for Trattoria when we were there in October but it always said not available.
I can't speak to if it's back.
I bet you could run down there, place order and then ask for it to go? Could be worth a try.
We'll be there again in two weeks so I guess I'll try again![]()

It does! Good to know they’ll do takeout if I walk up in the morning.Does trattoria not have the mickey waffles on the kids menu? I usually get eggs and French Press!!![]()
That is the primary reason I will not consider BW/YC/BC as a resort - the lack of a true QS option. It just stinks that Boardwalk doesn’t really have any place to get hot breakfast to go (other than limited breakfast sandwiches at Boardwalk Deli).

WAY more limited than the QS at other places.Beach and Yacht both have counter service (with Mickey waffles). Plus Hurricane Hannah's. Boardwalk has quick service at the deli, it's just outside, on the Boardwalk.
And then the biggest one of all, Epcot!![]()

And Epcot only works for the morning if you have hoppers, and I don't hop.

I mean you do have the Boardwalk Deli and the coffee shop and the corn dog place, the pizza window, ice cream shop, etc.

The food at pool bar at Boardwalk looks good too! I admit was also a bit concerned as we have our first stay here coming up, but looks pretty good for us at least.
Much more limited when you are gluten-free.
Y'all should be happy there are people who won't book there because of the lack of QS. Fewer people for you to compete with for rooms.
My middle daughter is GF. She typically gets their eggs and sausage/bacon and always gets the Tuscan Salad at lunch/dinner . They also will do a GF Chicken Parm and Short Rib. I believe she's also done the Omelet.
This is for Trattoria.
For the Boardwalk Deli in Oct, she found out they had a Bacon and Sausage breakfast sandwich that was gluten free. She'd already gotten the Egg Florentine before, but we weren't aware of the bacon or sausage sandwich. obviously they have fruit too.
But yes, as it's already hard enough to get a room at BWV then I guess it's fine with me if people believe they can't get GF options.
