Does this ever happen to you? When I was gaining weight, certain family members would not-so-subtly make comments to me like, "are you still excercising"? or "do you still enjoy your treadmill".
Now that I'm down about 45lbs (but still not quite in my my healthy BMI range - about 7lbs above the upper end of my BMI), I'm getting different comments. Now I'm getting, "are you eating enough calories each day"? or "are you eating a good size breakfast"?
I absolutely can't win. I'm still not in my ideal weight range, yet I'm starting to get comments that I'm getting too thin. I'd still like to get down another 20lbs (so I'm well into my healthy BMI range) but I just know these comments are going to continue. This is CRAZY. If any of you deal with similar issues, how do you handle it??
