Does the waitlist really work???

I have never tried this before but I just put ourselves on the waitlist for a 2 Bd BCV room because even though it is our home resort this was a late planned vacation and we missed our 11 month window. We have a 2 bd at the boardwalk which would be fine but of course our favorite is the Beach Club. Has anyone ever gotten off of the waitlist for a 2bd for July -August? Do we even have a chance? Just wondering. Thanks!!!

I just wanted to say that I'm on the waitlist for a 2-bedroom at BWV in August, so I'm hoping you get the BCV room you want.

We were originally booked for a room at OKW, and waitlisted for either BWV or BCV. The BWV waitlist came through, which is fantastic. (It's our first stay there, and we're excited.) I'm back on the waitlist again on the off chance we might be able to snag a boardwalk view.

You never know what's going to open up. I was surpised that our garden view room came through as quickly as it did.
