Does The Plaza in MK No Longer Accept Reservations?

Our trip last year I was able to make dining reservations for a lunch at The Plaza on Mainstreet. This year no matter what date/time I check it says no availability. Do they no longer take reservations?
Thanks!
 
They only take reservations between 11:00-noon. All other times are walk up only.
