Does the food at the Food & Wine Festival count as snack credits?

Most of them do. It is indicated, on the menu board, with a special symbol if it is.

Last year, everything was (except alcoholic drinks of course). I made a list before I left and only spent credits on things that were over $4.00, then used a gift card for the rest. The expensive lobster rolls, fisherman's pie, lamb chops, etc were all snack credits even though they were all over $4.00.
