Does the DVC site EVER work?

I have been trying for 3 days to log in to the DVC site so we can do online check in.

The page you are trying to access is currently not available.


That's what I keep getting!!! When I tried to log on in June for our June trip...it took me atleast 6 days!!! to access the site. What is going on?
Am I the only one frustrated?
 
I have never had a problem. Are you trying with in the 10 day limit?
 
I just got in about a minute ago and also did a day or two ago. No problems.
 

We rarely have problems. I don't think it is the site, but something from your side.:confused3
 
This happened to me once before when I was using our desktop computer instead of my laptop. I have IE on my laptop but have both IE and Firefox on the desktop. My problem had to do with Firefox for some reason. The member site wouldn't let me log in with Firefox. I closed out the browser, opened back up with Explorer, and got right on member services.
Not saying this is your problem at all. Just sharing.
I just logged on to member service AOK, by the way.

Occasionally I'll receive the same error message on my Windows PC. No issues with our MacBook, iPad, or iPhone.
 
I have the best luck logging with Firefox. I've never been able to check in online though, even when I call web support. Go figure.
 
Nope, doesn't work. Transfer your points to me and we'll take care of it for you.
 
IE user here and was in yesterday to check some dates and was on the site on Tuesday and did my banking. No problems whatsoever.
 
I've been on the site at least 10 times in the past few days trying to plan a trip.

Did you log into ABC to vote in Dancing with the Stars? If so, you need to return to the ABC site and log out.
 
I agree with Chuck about the ABC site being the cause of some of these problems. The only time I had a problem logging into the DVC site was after logging into the ABC site and being forced to select a nickname. I did expressly log out of the ABC site but after that, I needed IT intervention to fix my account so I could log into the DVC site. It took them 10 days or so to get around to fixing it after I called MS to ask for help. I don't know if it's still the case but at that time there was an option in the phone menu if you needed help logging in to the dvc member website.

Take a look at post #5 in this thread where sickshotbri posts a possible solution to your problem.

ETA: Just re-read the OP's initial post and see that it's not exactly the same issue so while it may not work for the OP, it may work for others who get the "you are already logged in" error message.
