Does the Disney semi annual pin sale still happen?

Does the Disney web site still have a semi annual pin sale? If yes, when is it? I keep reading references to it, but most are from a couple years ago. Thanks!

Not like they used to. They have been more regular in trying to clearance out the older pins on a steady schedule instead of doing those twice a year massive sales.
