Does the Bonus Pass include all cover charges for the clubs at Citywalk?

I know the webpage states the Bonus Pass includes access to Citywalk. By "access", does that also mean cover charges for the clubs that charge one?

I believe I remember reading that the bonus pass includes CityWalk, and that would mean you would have all club access for those days...so no cover charges.
I can't see any other reason for specifically mentioning that "perk" since everyone has access to the area of CityWalk anyway, you sort of HAVE to in order to get in or out of the parks!
