Does the AAA pkgs still come with the "super" FP???

No sorry it does not. Disney discontinued this.
 
I wish. I believe that the enhanced FP was discontinued this year because special FPs are given out as part of the dreams promotion. Hopefully, it will be back. It was an awesome benefit!
