Does SR417 Toll Road still have cash booths?

I know it has in the past, but Dollar Rental Car is warning customers that some Florida Toll Roads no longer accept cash. So they offer you a gadget for $7.49 a day which is ridiculous. Anybody know if SR417 still has cash booths?

They still accept cash. The only toll roads here in Florida that I know don't accept cash are in Southern Florida.

I thought I read somewhere that the Florida Turnpike went cashless.

But if you're just heading over to WDW from MCO, both the Greeneway (SR-417) and the Bee Line/Beach Line (SR-528) both take cash. As before, be careful with some of the lesser used entrances/exits as they take exact change only.

So far only the southern part of Florida's Turnpike (Miami area) is electronic only.

But throughout Florida's toll road system including 417 (Greeneway) and 528 (Beach Line), there are some plazas where you must take what looks like an exit ramp to pay using cash. The main lanes are electronic only. Watch the signs.

Yes, 417 still has cash booths. We just drove on it yesterday.

It seems that many of the car rental companies have discovered a new revenue stream, scaring customers into using their toll service.
