I was wondering if SSR has a club level? I know it is a DVR, but you can also reserve rooms it the usual resort availability way.

No, there is no club level at any DVC resort except for AKV, and there are only a few of those rooms available.

Yes, you can reserve SSR villas (studios, one bedroom, two bedroom and Grand villas) directly from Disney.

doconeill is correct about no Concierge/Club level at SSR. AKV has five two bedroom lockoff villas on the sixth floor that are concierge level villas and they get booked up very fast at 11 months out.
