Does Santa Claus give autographs when he's there at Disneyland during the holidays?

I heard on Youtube that in addition to photos for the kids Santa Claus also gives autographs during the holidays when he's in Disneyland. I have never ever gotten Santa Claus's autograph and so i'm wondering if the autograph also comes with the photo as an option? Also is Santa Claus's autograph the rarest and hardest to get autograph of the seasonal characters? When I got my Santa photo at Disneyland in 1998 I don't recall Santa giving autographs
