Does Pottery Barn ever run discount codes?

Anyone know? I want to buy something there, but I "need" a discount. TIA.

The only discounts I've ever seen related to opening a Pottery Barn credit card and I think you could get 10% off your first purchase. There is a way to sometimes get 10% off though--which is by creating a registry. If the items on your registry go unpurchased by the date of your "event" you can purchase the remaining items for 10% off. There are restrictions on what items can be put in the registry, and I don't think sales items are eligible. The last time I took advantage of that was about 3 years ago.

I just received a new Pottery Barn catalog in the mail on Friday. With it was three different coupons (all 10 percent off I think) and a letter welcoming me to the neighborhood. I thought that was nice but their marketing dept really must need some work. We've lived in our house for 8 years now!

I would've been happy to send you the coupons since I won't use them (I about fainted when I saw the prices in the catalog! ) Unfortunately they have my name and address on them. Sorry.
