Does parking at the parks come with staying in a hotel?

I thought I read that but can't find it now. While staying at an on property resort can we use our car to drive to the various parks without having to pay for the lots?

Last year we just showed them the parking slip that we got from check-in. Did that change for this year?

If you ask at reception they will print out a pass you can put in your car window, then when you drive up to the booths at the parks they just read it and wave you through. They don't usually read our magic band as the print out has the check in check out dates on. Although we have occasionally used the transportation system we find using the car quicker and more convenient.
