I am 99% sure that is no. For some reason you don't need car seats or seat belts lol

No. When our son was 4, he road the DLE with no issues.

In a coach bus seatbelts aren't needed. Coaches are different than cars.

No, not on the DLE. No seatbelt means no car seats or boosters.

For anybody else reading this, it is important to note, that in CA, outside of motor coaches, boosters are required by law for those under 8.
