Does MDE show the same available reservations as WDW customer service sees?

I did something without realizing it until it was too late. I have a week reservation for Fort Wilderness, but needed to change it to a different week in November because I found a great airfare for a different time. I've been stalking airfares for weeks and finally found a really good one.
So then I wanted to see if I could change my FW reservation. I was so happy when the week I wanted popped up! I reserved it, paid the deposit and all that.
Wellllll when I went back to cancel the week we don't need, I saw that I had reserved the new week for November 2020!!! And this is after I reserved the RV rental. And paid a deposit on that too!
(((shaking head)))
Anyway, I am trying to call customer service and haven't got through because the phones are so dang busy today with the new free dining plan offers that came out. So I just wonder if I'm wasting my time trying to reach them because they only see the same thing I do when trying to make/change reservations. I guess I am hoping for some super duper pixie dust! Our November trip is for our anniversary and we really want to stay at FW for our first week at WDW.

I'm not sure how, but my phone call was able to get the FW reservation I need when it wasn't showing on MDE.
I checked before (several times) and after the call. She was VERY helpful.
