Does "Lone Rider" meal qualify for counter-service?

Does the single serve fried-chicken meal that the Trail's End sells qualify as a Quick service meal on the dining plan? The price range fits in with most other quick service meals but all that is listed on the quick service brochure is the Meadow snack bar.. That chicken is my absolute favorite and I would love to be able to purchase it on the dining plan.
