Does Las Vegas Airport (LAS) Nat'l Car have emerald aisle/

Deciding on an airport....would like to rent from National but only if they have the Emerald Aisle.

According to National's website they do. But according to the airport website, all car rentals are offsite, you have to take a shuttle bus.

yes they do....

alamo and national share a "site" off airport, you have to take a shuttle bus ( which is picked up just outside the baggage claim area ), the shuttle bus makes its first stops at Emerald Aisle and Emerald Executive aisles....

on another note, have you noticed how much they tax rental cars in las vegas.....it turns out to be approximately 40%-50% of the base price you get when you apply you discounts ( which i think are taxed too )


eg this january a 112$ base rental after disounts turns out to be 165$ when they add all their "visitor taxes" which works out to 47%

The shuttle is quick and easy. We used the EA in Vegas. National itself is much smaller than in Orlando, so there are not nearly as many cars to choose from. I think we still ended up with a full size car, but there were no vans or SUVs to choose from.

Getting from the airport to the Emerald Aisle pick-up on the shuttle was one of the shortest bus rides I've taken under these circumstances. The shuttle dropped me right next to the car I selected. On return, it was a short walk to board the shuttle back to the airport, actually much shorter than the walk from the parking garage drop off to the elevator down to the terminal at MCO.
