I am going for 2 days over Thanksgiving Week and had planned to spend the morning until I am tired out, then back to the hotel for afternoon naps, then dinner and back to the park. I'd be super frustrated if we spend all the money and when we go back it is full! Has anyone ever noticed what days typically hit capacity? What are the odds? If there is a decent chance it might happen we will just spend longer during the day pacing myself with seeing lots of shows and go back in the early evening.
I am travelling with just me (40 something) and my teenage daughter as a special girl trip. I just dealt with breast cancer last and am not fully recovered from chemo, the meds I'm on make me fatigued, joint pain, etc so I can't be on my feet that long. (I used to be there for the 8am open at 7am and leave at midnight!) Psychologically I am not ready to use a wheelchair or assisted device (I know that is an option) and I want to have a special time with my daughter. This is our first trip of any kind after all the treatment and I want her to view me as mostly the old me, not some old lady!
Just thought I'd explain as when I said nap, I thought you would think I had a 3 year old and that would be a different situation.
