Yes. In fact, Fantasmic and Specromagic run twice a night during Holiday season. Wishes and IllumiNations run nightly, even in bad weather. Fantasmic and Specro can be cancelled due to weather.

Depends on what you consider "holiday season". By JPDisney's countdown, it looks like they are going the end of November. Illuminations is at 9:30 nightly when the Candlelight Processional is shown. Fantasmic is around 6 or 7 at the end of November. Wishes is shown only on non-MVMCP nights during regular hours (shown during the party on MVMCP nights). Specto is usually shown Saturday & either Monday or Wednesday. Once it hits December 20th, the schedule is expanded as per robinb's post above.
Very true. I was going by Disney's official definition of "Holiday Season" which is December 20 - 31. Late November is quite different ... and very nice. I love the time right after Thanksgiving since there are no crowds, but the special attractions are cut back. Specromagic, Wishes and Fantasmic! might not even run nightly. Only IllumiNations runs nightly. Check out www.disney.com for up-to-date information (which will probably change once you get there!).
