Does GCV charge for accepting parcels?

Does anyone know if the Grand Californian charges to accept parcels for guest like the WDW convention resorts? I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

With the dollar so good, I am planning to do my usual "buy online and ship to hotel" routine.

Hi Belinda - I wasn't charged in Dec. - was a rude shock when I was charged at the BWI !

We stayed at the GCH at the end of March and had a delivery from Von's supermarkets and we were not charged anything for receiving the delivery. Of course we tipped the bellman for bringing the delivery to our room!

Ok, not this may be stupid but does the Grand Californian villa have a different reception to the Grand californian hotel? I haven't stayed there before. I'm assuming that the whole property won't charge for accepting parcels.

Same big beautiful foyer.
Make sure you take lots of photos of it and look at the details under the reception counter.
Take the hotel tour too
