Does DL hotel have babysitting services?

Hi all,

My husband and I are planning a trip without our parents. This means that we won't have a babysitter for our 3yr and 5yr old if we wanted to have a date night. Does anyone know if the DL hotel has a babysitting service? If so, can anyone tell me what experiences they had?

Any input would be appreciated.

Pinocchio's Workshop in the Grand Californian offers group babysitting from kids from 5-12 - it operates from 5 PM to midnight. Unfortunately, this won't help you with your 3 year old. You may need to go with an in-room babysitter which Disney itself doesn't do. However, two agencies that have been recommended in the past on these boards are OC Sitters and Fullerton (these are the ones that tend to be recommended by the resort if you sign their waiver). You may wish to do a search on the board for those names to get people's impressions of their services. Our trip is coming up in 2 wks - we booked OC Sitters for one night for an adult night out.

[Eighties Rule]

We used Seeking Sitters for our trip to Disneyland. The sitter came to our hotel room with activities for our son. Our son loved her. We tipped the sitter in cash and the sitting event was paid by credit card to Seeking Sitters. We had to pay for a membership but by calling the owner of the franchise, she gave us a discount on the event since we were visiting Disneyland.
