Does Disney warn you if you try to make an ADR during a party?

So we do NOT have MVMCP tickets for Friday 10 November. I've read that non-party-ticket holders will have to leave at 6pm.

However.

When looking at the WDW site just now, a 6:20 Liberty Tree Tavern ADR was available so I went ahead and booked it without really paying attention to the time. Nowhere during the booking process did it say "by the way you need a Party ticket to get to this dinner." Also, on the dining website, it specifically calls out Cinderella, BOG, and Crystal Palace as being table service venues open during the party, but nothing else. And when I view this reservation in MDE, it doesn't say anything about the party.

I just read through the confirmation email very closely, and there is this paragraph (emphasis mine):

"If applicable, Hard Ticket Event reservations. You are making a reservation during an event which requires the purchase of a separately prices event admission ticket (ex: Mickey's Not-Scary-Halloween Party). Guests with theme park admission must purchase the special event admission ticket in order to enter or remain in the park during the special event. Special event tickets may be purchased at disneyworld.com or by calling 407-WDISNEY.
Note: The number of tickets available is limited for special events. Events may sell out early. Special event tickets are valid only during specific event dates and hours. Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable."

Does this mean my ADR is during a party? It offers the Halloween party as an example of a hard-ticket event, and the sentence is prefaced with IF APPLICABLE. How do I know if it's applicable? This bullet is among a long list of other "If applicable" bullets about Extra Magic Hours (not applicable here), gratuities for parties of 6 or more (not applicable here), characters (not applicable here), or parties of 20 or more (not applicable here).

Do I need to cut this ADR loose? I wish it was made much more abundantly obvious.

Yes, you will need to cut the ADR loose. I encountered this myself last year for a BOG dinner during the MVMCP and didn't notice it stating that when I initially booked. But the consensus on the Boards is that you have to have the hard ticket in order to keep the reservation.

LTT and Tony’s both show that they close at 7 that night. I think you’re okay to keep it, but you’ll be escorted to the exit afterwards.

On party nights LTT closes at 7 PM and reservations can be made on the regular LTT dining reservations page so party tickets are not required. CRT, BOG and Crystal Palace are the only TS restaurants open during the party and all of those require reservations after 6 PM to be made on the MVMCP Dining Page where it is clearly stated more than once that party tickets are required to dine.

If you finish dining after 7 PM you might be escorted to the front entrance by a castmember. You will not be able to stop in any stores so do your shopping before dinner. Also, use the bathroom before leaving the restaurant.

My apologies for only semi-correct information. My experience was with a BOG dinner. :scared:I didn't realize that all the restaurants don't have the same party closing.

Aaaaaaaaaaaah I wish I'd seen the rest of these responses yesterday! I cut it loose :( I really wish the confirmation email was more explicit about whether or not you need a party ticket.

Now I feel like a big old jerk. :headache:
