Does Disney offer transportation to Wide World of Sports?

Does anyone know if Disney offers transportation to resort guests to Wide World of Sports? I am going this week to a cheerleading competition where my daughter is participating. We don't have a rental car and UCA will transport us to Wide World of Sports. While they are not competing though, I would like to visit the parks instead of being stuck at Wide World of Sports all day.

Also, if they do offer it where do you catch it and how often does it come?

They run a Disney bus between WWOS and the MGM Studios theme park. I have no idea how often it runs.

The busses run between MGM and WWOS from 8AM-8PM. They run roughly every 20 minutes.
