Ok - first let me clarify that I am someone many of you know, and I'm undercover, because there are many people in the "real world" that may come on this board, and I don't want them to know this is me. I need some serious answers for my question, and please don't turn this into a debate - thank you!!!!:)

My DH found out yesterday that someone he works with is cross-dressing, and is looking like a hooker. The person that saw him is an extremely reliable source, and even spoke to him while dressed up.

He is married, and we are going to confidently assume, that the wife knows nothing.

How do you all feel about this?

Please please please don't feel like am insulting this group by asking here:grouphug: . I have many gay friends on this board, and this is in no way an insult to you all. I just feel that you all would have a more open mind to this, than others who aren't gay, or do not like gay people or their lifestyle (I am not one of those people).

Please no flaming - I need you help

Thanks, and have a great day!!!

Absolutly not.

Crossdressing, and being gay are two very different things.

Many heterosexual men cross dress.

I've gotta run soon, but just do a little searching on the Internet and you will find your answers.

As far as how I feel about it, quite frankly, it's none of my buisness......

This should get you started.....

Funny note, in the above website, Mulan is quoted as a famous cross dresser! It's always about Disney now isn't it!

I have a friend who like to cross dress (but does not do so, except at home or amongst people he knows well.) He is straight, but single.

Do not assume his wife does not know. Many wives do know of their husbands cross dressing habits and will even go clothes shopping with them.

Cross dressers are a cross section of overall society, the majority of cross dressing men are straight.

The great part about friendship, is you accept each other quirks as simply part of who they are.

He said, to the source, that if his wife found out, she'll divorce him.

That's sad. Honesty is the cornerstone of a healthy relationship. He's effectively lying to her, and when she finds out (not "if" but "when") then I think that the lying would be a big factor in her being upset.

Aside from the fact that he's being dishonest, I don't see a problem.

If that's what he said, then obviously his wife does not know.

I should think it would be difficult to hide something like that from a spouse, though. I mean, you have to store the make-up and clothing somewhere.

Boy! This is a rough one -- I sure hope he is just underestimating his wifes' love for him. :grouphug: for all involved.

I've never known a gay cross dresser.

Why is it an issue for you or your DH? It is this person's business, and it sounds like he's having enough trouble as it is, so why is it a concern of your's? :)

If he's a friend, does his cross dressing change that?

It's just not a big deal, ya' know?

Thank you to all that commented:)
I appreciate you taking the time to help:)
