Does Candlelight Processional always begin on the day after Thanksgiving?

Is it safe to assume that the Candlelight Processional will begin on the day after Thanksgiving, even though the schedule will not be posted until later?

I need to make ADR's for our upcoming trip and was only going to plan to spend that day at Epcot if the CP was going to be running on that day. Otherwise, I am going with a different daily schedule. I want to make ADR's for France, just in case I am not able to get the CP dinner package. From what I have read, that won't be scheduling until much later. Is that also correct?

Sorry this is such a long question, but I don't want to get stuck without an ADR for that day because I needed to make a change. TIA!

We're going for the first time at Thanksgiving this year, but from everything I can find, it tyipcally does start the day after Thanksgiving.

Last year, they started taking ADRs for the CP Package on July 2.
