Does BWI have a food court for refillable mugs, etc?

I am confused. Do they even have the refillable mugs?

There is no food court for BWI. You go down to the Bakery on the Boardwalk for refills on the mugs.

Yes, the Boardwalk Bakery sells mugs for $9.99. Then, you can have them refilled there with soda, tea, hot chocolate, or coffee. You can also get them refilled at the other restaurants along the Boardwalk (except the "booths" - like the hot dog stand - they won't refill them).
