Does Battle at the Ministry still have a drop? Is there a drop?

I'm at Epic Universe right now and want to try Battle at the Ministry, have never done it. I am wondering if there still is or if there is any drop or drop feeling on the ride currently as of now (September 2025). I am really wondering and asking because I HATE free-fall drops. I know when the ride opened and the first week it had a drop similar to Rise of the Resistance or Hagrid's. I need to know because I am very afraid and scared to do the ride because I don't like free-fall drops at all and won't do both Hagrid's and Rise of the Resistance anymore because of the free fall drop. Same of course with the Tower of Terror and it's many drops. I don't like that feeling at all. Can someone let me know that has been on BATM recently? Thank you so much in advance!

The drop was still there in August. The actual drop was minimal but the motion on the screen made it look like the elevator was plunging at a much faster speed. I think Rise has a faster drop.

Since you posted this last night, I don’t know if it matters any more, but there is definitely a drop but I thought it was very, very minor. Not nearly as significant as Rise or Hagrid’s. I’m pretty sure I’ve read that in the early previews the main drop was very significant, but for whatever reason they seriously softened it. And as of early August it was still very gentle. Definitely not worth skipping the ride over.
