Does Aulani ever offer discounts in July?

Looking to go mid-July next year. My son will be a senior this year so we don't want to book in June as school will be finishing up and grad parties and such. Then I don't know when he'll start college exactly in August. So July seems safest. I'm debating just going ahead and trying to rent DVC points so get a discount (which would be nonrefundable) or waiting to see if any discounts would be offered through the hotel itself which would make it cheaper. If they don't typically offer discounts at that time, we'll just go ahead and rent the points.
