Does art of animation have buses to HS/ Epcot in the morning for rope dropping?

I'm hearing reports that buses are available 1 hour (??) Before park open and have been faster than the skyliner waits.

Yes, AoA has buses to/from DHS and Epcot (although noteworthy, DHS and Epcot buses are not running to/from Pop). I haven’t been to AoA but my experiences at other resorts since reopening have been buses start operating around (key word) an hour before park opening.
