Does anyone use Memory Mixer for digital scrapbooking?

I bought the software on QVC during a digital scrapbook event. While it is nice, it doesn't have much of a selection that could be used for Disney Layouts. I wish I had known about Storybook Creator Plus, before I spent $60 on the Memory Mixer. My only excuse is that I am a beginner and didn't know! Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else out there uses/used the software and could offer some tips to get the most out of it!

Thanks for your help!

Hi..I use Memory Mixer as well and while it does have its limitations you can work around it. You'll just need to download Disney-ish kits and import the papers and elements using the "Insert Photo" option. My advice would be download one of the free kits found in the Disney Digital Kits thread and start there. Britti-ish Designs has some great ones. If you need specific help just let me know.

I own the limited edition version of MM called LifeTimez. You can use the process for inserting photos (this is nice and quick) ... or you can go ahead and put the digi backgrounds and embellishments into the folders within the Memory Mixer folder that is in the "program files" folder on your computer.

Don't worry, you haven't wasted your $$ at all. You can still use other digi elements in MM.

Hope that makes sense. :goodvibes
