Does anyone split their big group apart to try for better tables?

So my group of ten has Coral Reef as one of our finalists. From what I've read, this place is not about the food - it's about the views of the finned and flippered residents. The problem is that all the bigger groups I've read about seem to be relegated to the back wall where tables are pushed together for them... so I'm wondering if it would be a better idea to split my group apart. Are the bigger groups always shoved in the back or are they in the middle of the restaurant, too? Or should we make two separate ressies for a group of 4 and a group of 6?

Nobody puts Baby in the corner, right? :lmao:
