Does anyone remember what happened to PrimaRewards?

It must be old age on my part because I just cannot remember how/when they disappeared. I do remember that I had enough points there to cash out for the first prize level and I greedily decided to keep clicking up to the next level.

They just disappeared into the night. Things were going great, then all of a sudden, points weren't crediting daily. This went on for about four months, then the website just disappeared. I clicked daily for about a month after the points stopped crediting, hoping it was temporary, then only checked in about once a week, then it just disappeard.

No explanation, no nothing.
