Does anyone miss lighter TV fare like ABC's "Once Upon A Time"?

I just started watching Jane the Virgin with my daughter and it’s hilarious. We live in south Florida where the show takes place so it makes it even more interesting. It basically plays like a latin tele-novella, where there’s drama at every turn.

we are enjoying the canadian import comedies that the CW has been showing-

son of a critch
run the burbs
children ruin everything

they feel to us like the 90's vibe of comedy, just simple stand alone enjoyment. honestly, with the exception of 'ghosts' there is not a single major u.s. network comedy i would miss all that much were it not to return. 2 of my favorite shows end their series this week on non network/streaming-'breeders' and 'reservation dogs'. i will miss them tremendously.

I watch lots of sitcoms that are family friendly and light hearted. Lots of easy watching shows out there.

The Connors, Young Sheldon, Night Court, Run the Burbs, The Wonder Years.

ETA - yes and these 2!
son of a critch
children ruin everything

If you miss family shows, you need to watch BLUEY.

when my 29 year old comes over we watch together-ordered a bluey 'grans' ornament for christmas. i am also a BIG fan of 'big city greens' (bingo bango!)

Throwing this in the mix: If you have never seen it, I highly recommend watching The 10th Kingdom. Very 'Fractured Fairytales' vibe for those who are old enough to remember that :rotfl: but it is a more lighthearted miniseries (6 episodes). I think it's streaming on AmazonPrime and FreeVee now.
