Does anyone like Tony's?

Tony's.... I've said it before and I'll say it again.... never again! The outright worst meal we've had in 3 trips to WDW and bad service to boot! :sad2:

<<Does anyone like Tony's? >>

No, No one likes Tony's! LOL At least not in my family!!! We'll never eat there again. $18 for a plate of spaghetti was just ludicrous!

We will be having dinner at Tony's on Nov. 29. It is my DH's 40th birthday. We've eaten at Crystal Palace and I wanted to get into LTT, but only 7:30 times available and I plan on enjoying MVMCP at that time. So Tony's won by default. I'm a little nervous about it. Hope it will be fine.

I hope it will be great for you! But remember since you're at the MK that day, it's a breeze to jump on the monorail to go have dinner at one of the three monorail resorts....that really expands your dining choices. :)

Any suggestions ? We are staying at the WL so we could eat dinner there. We've never been to MVMCP, so we want to be there when all the fun starts. :sunny:

We recently had a lovely lunch there -- great service, pretty setting, very tasty food. I can see why people don't like it though -- it's $12 or so for a thin (very thin) crust pizza. It was very good pizza but if people want quantity more than quality (and I definitely get that impression reading these boards -- how else could Ohana be so popular?), the average buffet lover will hate it, IMO.

We went there on our last trip in 2003 and ate there at lunch. Good food, a little high in price, but good. Not sure about dinner. I imagine that its just as good.

It's one of our favorites, but we don't go for the food. We've never had anything bad, it's just that we know that hardly anywhere in the parks are you going to find anything to truly satisfy your need, whether quality or quantity. We think the food is better than some of the other restaurants highly regarded on these boards, though. We just love the atmosphere in Tony's, being right on Main Street and in the middle of the magic. We'll be returning for MVMCP on Dec. 20.

::MickeyMo DBF and I go all the time. It's always on our list of musts when we go down. We've always had exceptional food and service. Of course there are other who have completely different opinions, so that's why you should go and form your own! If you're not sure, try it for lunch since it's cheaper. ::MinnieMo

We ate at Tony's for the first time on Sunday night before MNSSHP. We loved it. I have a 6 year old picky eater and she enjoyed the pizza. I had the steak, yum!

Overall it was a great meal and atmosphere!
