if there is something that marks a mile through FW? I'm used to doing the treadmill for 2 miles a day and don't want to loose that level and have to start over again. It may not sound like much, but it's helped me loose 40 lbs this year so it's a 1/2 hour/day that i'd really like to keep up...or, if there's a fitness center at wilderness lodge-can we use it?
