Does Anyone Know Where TOWERS PLAZA is in Epcot???

Reading up on things to do & read about Towers Plaza and Special VIP Viewing for Illuminations.
Any Idea Where this is ????

If you walked straight from the entrance to the lagoon and were facing the American Adventure pavillon that would be Towers Plaza. There are 2 stores on either side.

Okay, it appears it might be the area between the two shops at the entrance to World Showcase (when coming from Future World) from item 26 here: http://www.hiddenmickeys.org/WDW/Epcot/Secrets/General.html
