Does anyone know where to find points to rent for a timeshare? ( not dvc)

We are planning on going to Oregon coast again this year and we want to rent a time share and in the event my MIL doesnt let us use hers we will need to find somewhere else to rent from.

Does anyone know if there is a registry or something?
