Does anyone know where the onsite Alamo car rental is?

We're going to rent a car for a few days of our stay.

Where is the Alamo rental office, and how do we get there? (Not the one at the Dolphin.)

I tried searching the official Disney site, but can't find anything about it.

I'm renting also, but picking up at the airport...you might want to post this question on the transportation boards. Everyone there is really helpful and awesome at helping you find what you need...

It's at the Car Care Center as you exit the MK parking lot, I believe. We just call them from the front desk and they'll send a short bus to pick you up and after you drop off they car they'll bring you back. Have some tip money handy.

You might want to check with the Dolphin or Swan resort, because I think they have an Alamo car rental there.

Yes, they are at the Disney Car Care Center and the Dolphin. Unless you are staying near the Dolphin, the easiest thing is to reserve at the Car Care Center. You will need to call the day before to schedule a pick up. They have a schedule and will pick you up at any hotel or park that you want. When you return the car, they will drop you off anywhere on property you want. It's quite simple and painless.

Alamo? That sounds easy. I am driving a rental car and returning to the Car care center and hoping it is easy. We plan to arrive check-in and drop off the car and head to MGM. Will they drive the whole family or should we meet at the hotel? Anyone know the answer.

No problem - they will drive your whole family to MGM.
